3、 Production process of laminated glass:
Glass cleaning
Lamination: the PVB film is sandwiched between the glass
Press fit into hot press
In the autoclave pressure 13 kg, heating to 130 degrees, and then cooling to about 40 degrees to form laminated glass. (note there are two other types of laminated glass, one is wet process glass, the other is EVA film. These two kinds of glass are generally used in interior decoration glass, and the performance is poor compared with PVB film, and the consumption is very small).
